Mr Fouquet is the Managing Principal of Kraken Capital, a real estate investment and development firm based in Delray Beach, Florida. Since inception, Kraken Capital has sourced, acquired, developed, and managed multiple real estate asset opportunities for its partners and own account.

Our firm focuses in urban-core real estate value-added and ground-up new development opportunities within the US and seeks to deliver opportunistic risk-adjusted returns for its investors.

Kraken Capital has been active across a broad real estate spectrum, ranging from distressed residential assets to condominiums, multifamily and hospitality, as well as single luxury family homes. Today, the firm is mainly focused on boutique residential developments within South Florida.

Mr. Fouquet is primarily responsible for sourcing and structuring new investment opportunities as well as its overall capitalization.
